Returns and Order Policy at Mom's Motorcycle Parts

Returns:

At Mom's Motorcycle Parts, we stand behind the quality of our used parts. We guarantee that all parts are in good condition. Upon receiving our parts, you have 14 days to install, test, and evaluate them. If any issues arise with the part you purchased, please contact us to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Our aim is to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.


Before leaving a negative review, we kindly ask that you reach out to us, providing us with the opportunity to make things right.


Please note the following conditions regarding returns:


  • We do not exchange parts for other types of parts.
  • Parts that were incorrectly ordered or unwanted are not eligible for return.
  • Electrical items are non-returnable.
  • Accepted returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Original receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 24 hours), we will process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.


Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the order to Mom's Motorcycle Parts warehouse. You have the flexibility to choose the carrier for your return shipment, but we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Order Cancellation/Modifications:

To make any changes or cancel an order, we kindly request that you act promptly. We process orders with great efficiency, so modifications or cancellations can only be made while the order status is labeled as "Order Received." Once the status changes to "Order Processed," the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue for shipping. At that point, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
